These days in the U.S., most breech babies are delivered by c-section--as are, indeed, more than 30% of babies. The art of delivering a breech baby--a baby who is feet-first, not head-first--is quickly being lost among birth attendants. Some midwives and doctors, however, are dedicated to helping women give birth naturally to breech babies. They are few and far between, but they are out there.
